[suggestion] Intoxication and Pollution

Hello, i got some suggestions you may consider adding. I'm not asking you to do it right away, but you can consider this QoL tweaks.

1) Milk should reduce intoxication to manageable level (up to 30% or so, not less, let other detox do the rest of work) 2) Add detoxicant properties to more mushrooms. But make more rare mushrooms detox to lower levels. Make desert fish thing and tree mushroom is best detox (up to 0%). 3) Intoxication should reduce itself from maximum to more manageable level with time (up to 80%, then stop, let the rest of detoxicants do their work) 4) Water source block, flowing water and rain (clear, not in mist) should remove Pollution to more manageable levels (up to 50%-80%, let soap do the rest of work)
