Use Case:

Outline the use case and/or provide a user story.

As a player, I want a way to cross the river tiles without falling in the water

Description

Describe the feature you'd like to see added.

The design team has requested that a lilypad is spawned on the river tiles that will allow the player to cross unharmed.
Currently looking at a maximum of 3-4 lilypads that can spawn across any given river
The tile in front of the lilypad must remain unobstructed so that the player can keep moving
