As a player, I want to start off at a slower speed

I've found a small issue with the way the player resets on gameover. If the player died in the catchup trigger area, the 'Player in catchup area' remains set to true and doesn't revert to false on game restart. With this the game starts at the max possible speed (catchupSpeed=8f)
