Add final crow model with decal shadow and smear texture

Features:

• Adds the final crow model into the scene to work the same way as previous crow.
• Visible crow model has smear texture scaled correctly for use in future animation
• Removed mesh renderer from previous shadow but kept the collision trigger from this as I couldnt add collision for a decal
• Adjusted shadow collider position to match decal postion
• Updated crow manager in scene to reference FinalCrow prefab
