Tests do not run * Created Solution Eliminated multiple build targets to get stuff working Fixed compile issues due to API changes Fixed project references to adhere to new recommendations Added [GenerateSerializer] Attributes and corresponding index attributes Removed Extension methods referencing SiloHostBuilder (it's gone now) Removed calls to AddApplicationParts (that's supposed to be "automagic" now)

@LiamMorrow Just pinging you here so you don't redo a bunch of this stuff. Think I got through a fair amount of the bs but i totally punted on multiple platform support in favor of getting .net7 working. The two are wildly different, will be hard to support both outside of independent branches
