Review Lerna as an option #4

@DanBeckDev I have looked into this and set up the repo to work with lerna and yark work spaces.

I was able to hack together a version where the accordion works. If you get a chance try and try it out yourself. I think the only thing you need to ensure atm is that you are running the same version of react as it is.
