why use Avg. Residential Rent, Avg. Housing Price, and Planning Applications in the 'data at a glance' section? assuming any data from the data trends/indicators area could provide a glance into the data and the city.
randomising what appears in the data at a glance section on the index page might be an interesting way to encourage exploring new data.
given a list of all of the data plots and their corresponding links, it doesn't seem like it adds too much. the plots in the indicators area already scale well
