man page and help arg output #30

Would be pretty cool to have a man page. Need to figure out how this works, and how would it be substantively different to the -h/--help options?

This ticket also captures the work required for a -h/--help flag.

The aim of the man page is to summarise the flags shown in the --help output, but also give examples for running verilogtree and be a little more comprehensive.
