WorldAnimationKey added as C++/C# Type, is automatically marshalled (e.g. like VertexWeight or Vector*)
LIB_NAME changed to "SWBF2" to match "libSWBF2" for Unix as the runtime looks for "lib{LIB_NAME}"
Important bugfix in BaseChunk::ThereIsAnother. Pretty minor change but since it's a very hot codepath I tested it a bunch of big levels and it's fine as far as I can tell.
