6 years ago This already works thanks to LibVNCServer. You can use https://novnc.com. I don't know if novnc supports reverse connections, maybe @kanaka can shed some light on this.

Does x11vnc server support websockets (HTML5) connections? If so is there an example and would it also support reverse connections? Thanks in advance,
