create a proper file structure of scss.

Created a separate SASS folder under the ASSETS folder.

inside the sass folder I have created 4 sub-folders :
abstracts that contain font.scss and mixins
layout folder that contains the scss of all the layouts like footer, header, etc.
utilities folder - contains the main scss.

Need to add more files and folders also implement mixins in the whole project.

Converted the Sass to gulp.

Gulp is a toolkit to automate the workflow in web design.
Helps in optimizing all types of assets (CSS, js, HTML, images, and so on) for production.
Install Gulp command-line utility:> npm install --g gulp
