Ckeditor changes are not reflected on article page

Requirements :

• When edited the content of article in ckedito while creating an article, these edit changes are not reflected on article page.
• The purpose of WYSIWYG is not fulfilled.

Technical Implementation :

• The article's body goes through the strip_tags() function before it gets stored in the database.
• This is the reason, when the article content is fetched, the HTML tags are not available, hence the ckeditor changes are not reflected.
• Remove the strip_tags() function while inserting an article.
