It would be handy to have a calibration toolbox that can be run directly in jupyter notebooks. It could consist of one or more notebooks, that provide tools:
[ ] For rotation (different methods: CoM-based, and 4D-STEM-virtual-detector & real-space-image comparison; maybe semi-automated if possible (rough low-pass filtered registration?))
[ ] For cy/cx/semiconv_pix: draw ipywidgets circle over a (continuous, live updating) SignalMonitorUDF result; automation via circle fitting on thresholded SignalMonitorUDF result
