The FAQ says EMS is hosting the Matrix bridge, but apparently that is done by Matrix.org foundation? #304

The bridge is run by EMS. The EMS Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy apply when using it. Libera.Chat staff do not have access to EMS data.

However Matrix-org/libera-chat#9 collaborator thibaultamartin says:

The Matrix.org Foundation has a service agreement to let EMS handle the hosting of the Libera Chat synapse instance and bridge on its behalf. It's probably worth clarifying in Libera Chat's FAQ and on matrix.org.
