This one was deliberately left out - we're designing for Libera-like networks, so oper status isn't something that non-opers should be able to see. I also think that even for other opers it should be something that's displayed explicitly in a few deliberate places, not sprinkled all over the client protocol - whether another user is opered or not is privileged information and that should be obvious everywhere that it's displayed, to reduce the likelihood of accidental disclosure.
