Retry failed connections #7

Maybe fixed with NDK 2.3.0, see https://github.com/Liberationbits/lt-driver/issues/10.

By testing the behavior in offline state I found out that the ndk seems to republish events after failing. This bug has so far no high priority.

Closing this because tests show that the ndk resends failed events after the connection resumes.
