Problem

Wanted to create separate package for activity content in order to allow it to not be dependent upon version changes made in the sdk

Solution

Created a separate package with the activity content ported over from the sdk

Change Summary

Configured esbuild for CommonJS
Set up package publish scripts
Added .node-version file
Added Github templates
Resolved inconsistencies between Activity Content and the Spec
