Features/update activity content to match spec 179011054 #111

Problem

We've updated the activityContent spec again, so the SDK is once again out of sync #179011054

Solution

Update the activityContent module to match the spec, again

with @amparks100

Change summary:

Updated activtyContent types, factories, validators, serializers and generators to all match the new ActivityContent spec
Updated all broken references to activityContent throughout the SDK
