Update Contracts & Rename DSNPType -> Announcement Type #93

Solution

Updated Contracts and Rename DSNPType -> Announcement Type

Double Checks:

[x] Do you have good documentation on exported methods?

Change summary:

Update @dsnp/contracts to v1.0.0
Rename DSNPType -> Announcement Type
Publication dsnpType -> announcementType
Publication dsnpUrl -> fileUrl
Publication dsnpHash -> fileHash
