Set up two themes for spec #154

Acceptance Criteria

[x] I only want two themes - light and dark
[x] Both themes should match the color of the existing light/dark themes spec
[x] The colors in the body font and sidebar menu links should match the current spec
[x] All the background colors should match the current spec

Colors are set in the variables.css file
