[ ] Updated Spec Versions
[ ] Added to changelog
[ ] Changed "Implementations" page to "Systems"
[ ] Changed Frequency spec to "DSNP Over Frequency" and made some wording changes to align

Note: Links in changelog are not yet viable as they require the appropriate tags to be created.

Looks okay, just the one question which is not blocking.

Per discussion, we should address the following before cutting 1.2.0:

[x] Remove Ethereum https://github.com/LibertyDSNP/spec/pull/243
[x] Update Frequency mappings for graph user data https://github.com/LibertyDSNP/spec/pull/240
[ ] Decide on and update spec for expanding hashing options/format https://github.com/LibertyDSNP/spec/issues/210
