Fix "already registred" response spelling. #94

As the bot replies with "Мы ведь уже знакомы, правда?", users tend to reply "Да" or "Нет". Then bot tries to find a show with such a name (caused by #59).

Need to replace the question with some sort of statement "Ты уже зарегистрирован(а).".
