Client Compatibility Issue on Windows 11

We have encountered an issue where the client side fails to display time remaining notifications on running Windows 11. This unable to notify the library users in periodically of time remaining.

Error Details: Operating System: Windows 11 [Version 22h2 (OS Build 22621.3007)] Libki Client Version: [2.2.32] (Libki Client v24.01) Libki Server: [4.9.1] Issue: Notifications not displaying on the Windows 11 platform.

User Experience: Library computer users are unable to receive time remaining notifications.

I am able to see the notifications on Windows 11 with a clean install. Please test with a clean install and ensure that your system tray notifcations are set to allow the notifications. From "Notification Settings" choose "Libki Client". Set "Notifications" to "On", Enable "Show notification banners" and "Show noficiations in notification center". Last, set "Priority of notifications in notification center" to "Top".
