Add unit test for Debian installer #176

It would make sense to run the Libki installer @loidor has written against some Docker images to verify it works with each push to master. @loidor what distros and versions should we test against?

Great idea!

On Debian, only Buster (10.x) since Stretch reached EOL back in January. I'm about to edit that, so if you try to install on Stretch it'll give a message telling you to use Buster instead.

On Ubuntu, 18.04 and 20.04. Personally I don't like using Ubuntu servers until they get a point release (i.e. 20.04.1) and 18.04 doesn't reach EOL until October 2022.

So:
