Ability to choose how to display user for first reservation #225

Gives the ability to choose between four different options how to display the user for the first reservation. Either by username, full name, anonymous or to disable.

Thanks! =) I thought it was a good feature to add, but using it by username wasn't an option for us because in our Libki it's the users social security number. Don't wanna put that out for the public :P
