Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The version of PdfScribe that Libki's print drivers are based off of is out of date and contains compatibility issues with UWP apps. Please Update virtual print drivers to latest version of PdfScribe.

Additional context This enhancement request was presented by the ByWater Libki Partner Portland Public Library.
