Log in as an administrator. #350

There is an error when trying to log in as an administrator. how to fix it libki

Are you setting this server up for the first time? Have you created an admin user using create_user.pl?

Not for the first time. Unable to log in with previously created admin user. creating an admin user again gives an error. admin

This looks like an installation issue and not a bug. It looks like you don't have the Libki lib directory in your PERL5LIB environment variable.

I installed and started using libki 5-6 years ago. It was working normally. Recently the admin was unable to login.

Has your server had a recent upgrade? If so, perhaps that changed the PERL5LIB env var
