integration of shell into milestone7
serial client polls for changes. We dont free memory so this causes lots of ram requests

next steps:

merge this into milestone7
migrate serial server to separate dispatcher.
integrate serial server into nameserver

There is currently a pending issue if too many keystrokes are pressed. I hope debugging this is simplified if serial server runs in its own dispatcher.
