Should document the desactivation of Port Forwarding #571

Leaving the port forwarding option can lead to security hazards.

Default installation should display at least a warning message.

Documentation should explain how to disable it.

Actually a similar subject has been discussed. The result was: https://github.com/LibrIT/passhport/issues/364#issuecomment-457001891 i.e.: AllowTcpForwarding remote It should be certainly be put by default (post install option) or well documented.
