Task to get hold of Barnet mobile library data.

Data is available here https://www.barnet.gov.uk/libraries/find-your-local-library/mobile-library

Acceptance Criteria

We have been kindly provided a script from Barnet so will not need a script for this. Will move the file directly into the data directory.
