Fix Angus data #85

The Angus data is currently having problems in the database. This is because the route names are unique per stop, so this will be causing issues with the data loads, and the calculation of routes.

Acceptance Criteria

Route numbers that are the same between stops
Associated other scripts refreshed
Good names chosen for routes
