Hello,
I can confirm that the problems we have with printing barcodes are the same whichever dashboard we use.
Kind regards,

Hello, When we queue a number of Accession number barcode labels and try later to print them as a batch, we find that alternate labels are not printed. For example if we were to queue 6 labels for accession numbers 1 to 6, we find that when we print the queue we get only labels numbered 1, 3 and 5. We then have to mark all labels as completed, and re-enter the missing ones. If we were to re-enter the missing labels 2, 4, and 6 the same thing will happen again, and only labels 2 and 6 will print. For this reason we are having to queue one label, then print it, then queue another and print it. This is very time consuming! Is there a known problem? We are using a Brother QL700 label printer, with 62mm roll labels on a Windows 10 PC using Chrome browser.
Also - while I am writing I have another related question. We would love to save our print settings for our labels in Librarika. You have some saved settings in there already but none of them are applicable to our Brother labels. Librarika 'forgets' our print settings between each print session which is irritating and means we have to check all the settings each time we print. This would be much simpler if your software allowed us to save our settings. Can this be done in a future release? Kind regards, Jim
