Receipt printer #689

Since you've changed to the Beta program, my receipt printer doesn't print properly any more. What receipt printer do you suggest. I have a star TSP100III futurePRNT that worked great until you switched the program to beta, and nothing works in the settings of the star tsp unless you have other suggestions. Thank you for any help you can offer RN

You can use any latest barcode scanner, especially one that can read CODE_39, CODE_128, EAN_8, EAN_13 barcode format.

One of our librarians (who use our system) preferred Brother QL-700, you can use any compatible printer.

but its not a barcode printer......I need a receipt printer that is compatible

It will be better if you use a normal printer both for barcodes and others rather than receipt printer.

Dear @ruthaln We are really sorry that you are facing to print barcode labels in our new dashboard. As all the new features, bug fixes and other optimisations are done in our new dashboard we have to obsolete the legacy one.

Can you please send us some screenshots of your issue? It will be great if you can take screenshot of before & after printing the labels. Also, please don't forget to share your library URL.
