Issues with importing CSV file #730

Hello, I have created a library under the username (nazmin.shaikha@gmail.com). However I am having issues uploading my csv file. It threw an error as 'Please provide a valid ISBN 13 number. Numeric value only'.

In my CSV file, the format is already correct. Although some of the records may contain less than 13 numbers. Pls advice on this issue.

Could it be because:

  1. ISBN 13 WILL always require a 13 digit?

@Shaikha-N The error is with your ISBN13 number. It should be numeric digit and 13 characters long. We can see it's 51777 for the first row and wrong for second row too. Please correct the errors & try again.

Please note: You can left empty if you don't have a valid ISBN number.

In this case, for ISBN column, it should either be a 10 or a 13 and not any values that are smaller or bigger?

@Shaikha-N Yes, 10 characters (0-9 & X only) for ISBN & 13 digit for ISBN13, please left them empty otherwise.

Can i check is ISBN is mandatory as part of the upload or if there is any other fields that are mandatory?

Those list is based on the template. However if I leave a field empty for any of those, pls advice if it will allow me to import still.

Okay, I did a test upload and only retained ISBN 13 digits.

As I turned on 'Confirm Data' and click to proceed with Process Upload, I get an Internal Error message. See the screenshots below.

Please advice.

Also, when looking at the plans, for the Gold Plan, it mentioned 30,000 books. https://librarika.com/spages/plans If i have more than 30,000 books, can Libarika support this pls?

@Shaikha-N If your librarika has more than 30,000 records then we will create a customized gold package for you which will cost you USD 999 per year for 50,000 records or USD 1499 per year for 75,000 records.

You can send your CSV files in the gmail email thread, we will opened to communicate.

@Shaikha-N Sorry, there is no such option to add extra columns like Language.
