I have filled in as much as I can, but I would like you all to check through it, and add in/edit any content as needed. You can edit the content as you like (while keeping the overall structure), but here are a couple of places that I think most need your attention:
The Decision making process section needs to be filled in. Please discuss within your committee how you would like to make decisions (consensus, lazy consensus, majority vote, using Martha's Rules, etc) and edit the file accordingly.
Check that your names and other information are listed correctly.
The link to the Lesson Program Governor Handbook does not work yet, but that document is very close to being ready for publication - I will come back and add in the correct URL as soon as possible.
(One more note: I had been under the impression that the charter document needed to be approved by the Executive Council but, after closer inspection of the policy, I no longer think that is true. Nevertheless, it is a resource that could be helpful for community members, and newcomers to the committee, to easily understand the purpose of the group.)
