Add content to episode 5 #18

Screenshots for this lesson still need to be taken and integrated, and layout will need to be verified (still unable to serve locally to review).

Happy for any feedback, especially on exercises - thinking instructions could be condensed a little. Also would the lesson benefit from one or two independent tasks/exercises at the end?

@abigailsparling I just merged this. Like you I'm still unable to view the lesson. I feel that this is a draft and we can make changes with more content that we get up.
