Note: images will need to be moved from assets folder to files (or fig)

Thanks @libcce. Apologies about images being in wrong place- I used that folder based on where they are in the lc-open-refine I think so if that’s wrong the OpenRefine lesson probably needs checking as well

Honestly, I'm still confused about this but I know we need to move the images out of assets. I saw chatter in the Maintainers community about using files (but we also have figs which makes better sense).
