This PR wraps all regular expressions in episode 9 in backticks (`) so that they are rendered in monospaced font on the lesson site. As well as improving the readability of the episode, this will overcome a challenge that @zkamvar is facing with the automated transition of the lesson infrastructure (see https://github.com/carpentries/lesson-transition/issues/64).
