Added placeholder episodes for lc-marcedit lesson development #7

I thought I would get some work done on our lesson. I created some placeholder episodes based on our lesson plan which is in Google Docs. Please have a look when you get a chance.

Suggest rather than using the same copy for each file, we just include the header metadata in each file, and use the file name/heading as the "title". This will avoid big diffs when we update the files with the actual lesson content and make the intent clearer.

So e.g. the 02-top-level-menu-features file could just have

---
title: "MarcEdit top level menu features"
teaching: 0
exercises: 0
questions:
objectives:
keypoints:
---

and so on for each of the 9 episodes

Thanks @ostephens. I can go back and fix that error and then also open up each one to put in the place holder information to avoid overlaps between the files. I might get to that in the next week or so.
