Inability to download sample data file

What is the problem?

Downloading it can result in an error seen by the -11 or something like that in the Results. We need to find a way for people to be able to download the mrc and perhaps also the mrk (just in case).

I just merged a pull request that added a zip file to the data folder. This zipped file has the mrc and mrk. I just downloaded it and it worked. If this works, then we can upload the language in the lesson.
