Suggestion: add "Show location of pointer" to instructor notes. #306

I suggest the use of "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key" is added to the instructor notes for all episodes. It is relevant to all episodes but especially to the first episode (Importing data into OpenRefine) in which the learners are shown quite a few tick boxes. This feature makes it easier for the learner to follow the pointer.

To enable the showing of the pointer, follow this path (on a PC): Settings/Mouse/Additional mouse options/Pointer Options/Show location of pointer when I pres the CTRL Key

Hi @Sorendavidsen, Thanks for your suggestion. May I share a video tutorial with you? It shows how to make the suggestion so we can see which line and which words you are suggesting. Then we can co-edit as needed or accept the change. Let me know if you'd like to meet to co-edit with screensharing if you have any questions.

While I can see this hint might be relevant to every episode I wonder if we might keep this to just the first occurrence with a note to say this could be useful throughout the lesson? I also wonder if there are equivalent instructions for Mac and/or Linux?
