Fix callout and correct minor typo #65

Addressing Issue #63.

In local testing (with Jekyll) this minor tweak seems to fix the stated issue, but other things lower down (around the "## Selecting variables" heading) seem broken with the page. Haven't been able to replicate in GitHub Pages.
