Need jump lists (anchors) for headings #143

@zkamvar We need to update style for this lesson so that jump lists (anchors for different sections) becomes automatically available for different levels of headings.

Hi @jyssy, updating the styles is a bit tricky because you have to merge the changes from carpentries/styles into this repository and deal with any merge conflicts that arise.
