Install instructions week three

I have added install instructions for week three. I have kept them short and hopefully sweet. I have mostly linked to the official guides because they probably explain better than I would and if this lesson is repeated in the future the instructions may have changed.
there is still work to be done on the other sections which I will endeavour to get done asap.
@drjwbaker would you be able to mention in any emails before next week that if people get a chance they can attempt to install before week two and if they run into difficulties I can stick around on Monday and try and help them out?

NB: Windows users won't need to install anything as for Shell https://github.com/LibraryCarpentry/week-two-library-carpentry they'll install Git Bash.
