Ability to find votes in common between Congress members #23

Thank you for all the work on this!

I would love a feature where you can select any two members of the House or Senate and find all the bills on which they both voted, along with the number of times those votes were in agreement or in opposition to each other.

e.g. total number of votes Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden took together in the Senate and how many times they agreed/disagreed.
