Many thanks for your efforts.

Sadly our manual on readthedocs.io isn't prepared for localization yet. Also, localization is not just translating the source code here. To keep track on changes made in the English base version, there is another workflow and repository needed, it's described in the ReadTheDocs manual.

So sadly, we can't merge this, it would replace the English manual, what is surely not your intention, nor ours.
