Add support for math operations in coordinate input #98

Add a comment/hint at https://librecad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ref/fundamentals.html#defining-coordinate-locations. Math operations (at least +, -, /, *) can be used to calculate coordinate input. This both for absolute and relative inputs.
