'format' accessor is incompatible with Moo 1.005000 #1

Catmandu::Importer::EuropePMC is incompatible with Moo 1.005000, which dies with the message:

You cannot overwrite a locally defined method (format) with a reader at .../Method/Generate/Accessor.pm line 42.

It appears that commenting out the definition of the "format" accessor resolves this with no obvious ill effects, as the accessor is not actually used in the module's current version.
