Installation fails on MAC OSX due to module MARC::XML #120

When trying to install this module on MAC OS X (Ventura), the installation fails in test t/external-entities.t with message:

#  Failed test 'should have refused to parse MARCXML record containing external entitities, but did not'
#  at t/external-entities.t line 64.
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 2.
t/external-entities.t ..
Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)

So the installation in one of its dependencies
