Create a more command line friendly documentation #16

Most of this package documentation is focussed on the Perl API. Rewrite the documents to provide more examples for command line users

The Pod also needs to be adjustet to be included in catmandu help:

$ catmandu help import MARC
$ catmandu help export MARC
